The purpose of Calvary Baptist Church is to glorify God by reaching people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, by teaching them to follow Christ as disciples, and by caring for one another as He cares for us. (Matthew 22:37-70; Matthew 28:19-20)
Leadership Team:
Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.
Pastor Keith, Senior Pastor
As the primary teaching pastor, Pastor Keith Hurlbut has a passion for carefully unpacking the truths of Scripture. He has served at Calvary Baptist Church for 5 years. He and his wife have three children. Keith has ministered for 14 years and has a heart for teaching the truths to all ages.
Brady Morgan, Student Pastor
Brady’s main responsibilities are teaching the youth and leading worship as he studies to become a pastor.
